Salary:

$70,000/year total compensation

  • Base salary: $62,000 (includes mileage + after-hours incentives)
  • Weekend on-call bonus: +$7,800/year

Work Experience:

  • Valid RN license (state-specific).
  • Experience in hospice, home health, or acute care (preferred).

  • Expertise in end-of-life care planning.
  • Strong clinical judgment & crisis management.
  • Compassionate communication with patients/families.
  • Time management for case coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient caseload with holistic, individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and spiritual counselors.
  • Provide after-hours support for urgent needs.
  • Maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Base salary plus incentives for after hour work without weekend call provides a base of $62,000 including mileage. One weekend call per month (Friday 5 pm to Monday 8 am) adds $7,800 per year for a total of $70,000 compensation designed to compensate for the effort and commitment to deliver quality care that is patient-centric.
