We don’t just serve West Texas and Eastern New Mexico — we drive it. Every day, our nurses, aides, and therapists leave Odessa and Hobbs and head out across the Permian Basin: 140 miles to Fort Stockton, 60 to Rankin, 25 to Monument. Some mornings it’s I-10 traffic; other mornings it’s a county road with no cell signal for an hour. We know which gas stations are open late, which highways flood in a storm, and which driveways are too steep for a wheelchair van.
