Star Hospice, locally owned and operated for over 20 years looking for RN Case Managers. Base salary plus incentives for after hour work without weekend call provides a base of $62,000 including mileage. One weekend call per month (Friday 5 pm to Monday 8 am) adds $7,800 per year for a total of $70,000 compensation designed to compensate for the effort and commitment to deliver quality care that is patient-centric. Benefits include two weeks of vacation and one week of sick time plus Medical, Dental, Vision & Prescription benefits. Aflac secondary insurance coverage. For every year of service, employee earns one additional day of vacation up to a maximum of 15 days vacation on the 6th anniversary.
